If you dream of a career as a Fashion Brand Manager, Visual Merchandiser, Buyer, Stylist, Fashion Publicist, Event Manager or Creative Director, this course is for you. h

The Fashion Marketing course is perfect for people wanting to work in the fashion industry in styling, event management, marketing, and business. You will be taught and mentored by industry experts who are currently working within major brands, fashion houses and agencies.

With an emphasis on fashion business, you will undertake fundamental units such as the history of fashion, styling, fashion merchandising, entrepreneurship, marketing and PR. You will also have opportunities to apply your studies by partaking in sought-after internships at major events like Melbourne Fashion Week, Ego Expo, and more.

Collarts offers students a variety of real-life industry experiences so that they are career-ready when they graduate. Through our industry partnerships, our students have opportunities to partake in a variety of real-world fashion experiences, gaining access to industry connections.

Dr Rachel Matthews is the Head of Fashion. Originally from London, Rachel trained in fashion at Central Saint Martin’s and Winchester School of Art; working as a designer for companies such as Whistles, John Lewis, and Next, as well as creating fashion visuals for Elle, Brides, and Fashion Forecast magazines. With an extensive history in fashion education, her area of expertise in fashion marketing and communications is concerned with the people, processes and practices that influence tastes in contemporary fashion.
